This course is designed to give students an introduction and an overview of what mindfulness is (and what it is not) as well a potted history of where it started and what current scientists say about it. However the most important part of the three hours is for students to get a felt experience of a mindfulness practice. Breathing. Focusing. And treasuring the Pleasure. We will also provide tips for mindfulness in everyday life as well as signposting information if anyone wants to learn more.
This course is run as a one part in-person course (3 hours), or a two part online course (1.5 hours per part)
