LATEST UPDATE: November-December 2020 Course Dates – Online
Latest update as of 12th November 2020:
We have taken the difficult to decision to cancel any in-person courses that were originally scheduled to run between November-December. This is disappointing for all of us, but protecting health has to be our priority and it feels like the responsible decision at this point in time.
We will of course be carrying on with our online courses as normal, and we have just added some extra dates in for online courses to run between November-December, including some brand new ones.
New courses this November-December:
We have brought back the popular 5 Ways to Wellbeing course (5-parts), and are introducing two brand-new online courses: Boosting Confidence (2-parts) which we are running twice, and Nurturing Hope (2-parts). We have also added an extra date for our Healthy Sleep course, due to popular demand.

We understand that this may be an anxious time for many of you. Therefore, we have created an FAQs section at the back of the course dates document which will explain how our online courses work, and hopefully this will answer any of your questions.
Festive Fold: Origami Workshop – 17th December:
We are also delighted to announce that all ORC Students are invited to a Festive Origami workshop to celebrate the end of term, on Thursday 17th December, 2-3pm. This will be run by Dr Lizzie Burns who helps people of all ages discover origami in a relaxing environment focused on wellbeing – all you need is some paper! This is not an ORC co-produced workshop, but Lizzie has many years experience offering origami workshops as a way to lift mood and support wellbeing (one fold at a time!)
