This course aims to cover each part of how maintaining our physical wellbeing, eating well and finding ways to stay motivated can contribute to better mental health. We will explore how we can look after ourselves through healthy eating and exercise and how this can positively impact our mental health. We will explore how we can motivate ourselves to make positive changes and keep going with changes. We will think about how we can best apply new knowledge in our day to day living in a meaningful, sustainable and enjoyable way.
