We are asleep for around a third of our lives, yet most of us have never learned how to sleep better in order to improve our mental health and general wellbeing. This course focuses on sleep, what it is for, how it works, how poor sleep affects our brains and bodies, and what we can do to improve our sleep patterns.

This course is suitable for students who have experienced sleep issues, or who are carers or professionals supporting someone who is dealing with sleep issues. Also for students who would like to understand more about the relationship between good sleep hygiene and mental health.

The course will signpost towards places to get further help as well as to additional resources and reading.

Duration: 3 hours
